We were proud to previously receive the award back in 2023 for our excellent member experience throughout 2022. This award is another vote of confidence from our member schools in choosing Education Mutual as their school’s staff absence protection provider. Feefo has presented Gold Trusted Service Awards to businesses and organisations that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1^st 2023 and December 31^st 2023, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.

The second edition of our annual mental health and wellbeing research delves deeper into the mental health and wellbeing of School Business Leaders, offering a reflective analysis of the previous year’s results. Throughout this ongoing research, we employ the generic term ‘SBLs’ to acknowledge the various job titles associated with individuals fulfilling senior management roles. The collective contributions of School Business Leaders, School Business Managers, Human Resources, and administrative staff are crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of state-funded primary, secondary, and special schools in England and Wales.
