JANUARY 2026 – Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2026

Education Mutual is proud to announce it has received the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2026, an exclusive seal of excellence reserved for businesses that consistently deliver world-class customer experiences year after year.

The Platinum Trusted Service Award is awarded only to companies that have achieved the Gold standard for three or more consecutive years. The Platinum award is a mark of enduring quality. To reach this level in 2026, we needed to continue to demonstrate a three-year streak of excellence, consistently earning a Feefo service rating of 4.5 or higher from a minimum of 50 verified review annually since 2023. This 2026 award is the second of the Platinum ranking we have received, which we hold proudly alongside our 2023 and 2024 Gold Trusted Service Award wins.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to our member schools and trusts for the invaluable feedback you provide. It truly means the world to us, especially seeing several of our team members mentioned by name, offering them well‑deserved recognition for their hard work and dedication. The team are incredibly proud to receive this award, marking our fifth customer‑service–based award as an organisation. Your continued support and partnership make accomplishments like this possible!

Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, congratulated the winners:

“It is a privilege to celebrate companies like Education Mutual that remain steadfast in their commitment to customer success. This award is a testament to their ability to turn genuine feedback into meaningful action. By consistently exceeding expectations, Education Mutual isn’t just winning an award; they are building the long-term trust that defines the most successful brands of the future. We are proud to recognise their dedication to the people they serve.”

OCTOBER 2025 – Thank you – SBL WI Survey

Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in our recent survey, contributing to the development of our annual report – The School Business Leader Wellbeing Index 2026. Your insights and experiences are important in helping us understand the current realities of working life across a wide range of roles—including School Business Leaders, CEOs, CFOs, Operations and Finance Managers, Facilities Managers, Administrative staff, and HR professionals.

The survey is now closed, and we are currently reviewing all responses to build a comprehensive picture of the challenges and pressures faced in these vital positions. The findings will be published in March 2026, and we hope they will serve for meaningful sector change.

It’s encouraging to see so many professionals across England and Wales engaging in open conversations about their mental health. By speaking up, you are helping to break down stigma and create a culture where wellbeing is prioritised alongside performance. These conversations are not just important—they are essential. They allow us to advocate for better support services, inform policy, and ultimately foster more sustainable working environments for everyone in education leadership and support roles.
