“We changed over to Education Mutual in 2019 as we were having difficulties with our previous provider. We had previously had to chase claims and often could not get through to anyone on the helpline. The online system was not very robust either. When we switched over to Education Mutual all of the above problems no longer existed. The system is much better and I love the fact that I only have to send a quick e-mail (time is limited)! and whoever picks it up at the other end always deals with it promptly. I have had no issue with payments, any claims are paid directly into our bank account and renewal is pain free. We welcomed the free flu jabs for insured staff last year. We would recommend Education Mutual. Prices are competitive and the service is excellent”.
